We have access, through Lampert Debt Advisors, to capital to co-invest in debt and equity instruments to facilitate the completion of financings whereby we act as agent. Funds are used to support the capital needs of our clients in a ways that may not be readily available in the capital market.
The types of investments include:
- Senior Secured Notes
- Senior and Junior Subordinated Debt
- Preferred Stock (with warrants or convertibility)
- Structured Equity and Debt Instruments
