Nelson has been providing debt financing services for over 15 years. During that time he has executed over $3 billion in debt and equity financings. Most recently he was a member of Banc of America Securities Corporate Finance group where he specialized in the structuring and execution of debt placements for telecom, media, business services and consumer industries.

Prior to that he was a founding member Scotia Capital Markets' high yield finance group. He began his career at Nomura Securities in corporate finance and later became a member of its High Yield/Leveraged Finance Group. In addition, he has M&A experience and been a consultant to the consumer and retail industries. Mr. Ng is a graduate of New York University's Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
